Our support of every security operation is a daily, sometimes hourly, process. We don’t start an account and then leave it alone to function. Responsiveness is a key word behind our success.

Customized security programs - Responding to your needs includes making sure each security program has been customized to your industry, operating practices and the on site security situation.
Regional Management Support - Our Regional Vice Presidents are active partners in each of the security programs on their regional team and visit each property in their region regularly and frequently. This means constant support by a field expert with a stake in each program’s operational success. They are in daily contact with on site security manager and ensure a high degree of program accountability.
Active Communication with You – We contact you much more than you contact us. Our corporate personnel call on you regularly, by telephone and in person. We notify you of immediate issues as well as emerging conditions. We solicit feedback regarding the job we’re doing. Above all, we proactively and actively listen to your needs. It’s very easy to contact us.

Responsive to Security Related Events and Conditions – From site specific emergency response training and drills for our officers to our National Emergency Response Teams, our security teams are trained to respond and Valor’s national support network is at the ready to ensure success.
